Purpose

The Cyber Fusion Innovation Center (CFIC), in collaboration with U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) and Army Cyber Technology and Innovation Center (ArCTIC), invites qualified industry partners to submit proposals for the development of QUEUESCRIBE, an AI-Assisted document review tool designed to automate three key document review workflows; 1) FOIA document redactions/reviews; 2) OSINT Report Reviews and 3) Automates CAO/OPSEC reviews to identify OPSEC risks. This RFP outlines the requirements for a prototype system capable of accelerating analytic processes, reduces document review times, improves operational efficiency, and improving consistency across lines of effort that would occur without the AI assistance.

Background/Synopsis

This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits innovative solutions via a whitepaper submission in Vulcan for the development of QUEUESCRIBE, an AI-Assisted document review tool designed to automate key document review workflows. By providing AI-assisted document review, QUEUESCRIBE aims to significantly reduce document review times and improve operational efficiency and consistency. ultimately enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of Personnel who need to perform FOIA redaction, Generate OSINT Reports and personnel who need to review documents for OPSEC and security using an AI assisted platform.

Our organization is seeking to leverage automated solutions to further improve the efficiency and thoroughness of identifying sensitive information requiring protection in documents under review. While foundational training is readily available, practical experience is primarily gained through the review process, which is costly and time-consuming. QUESUECRIBE aims to address this challenge by providing AI driven, automated document review capability designed to accelerate OSINT reporting; OPSEC and FOIA reviews automating the process of identifying potential OPSEC risks. The QUEUESCRIBE capability will improve the process, saving valuable time and resources that would otherwise be spent manually reviewing content for security risks.
