Key Takeaways
As AI labs sprint toward AGI, the Department of Defense (and the federal government writ large) has to make smart, nuanced bets now: how we allocate scarce compute, which models we authorize, how we recruit and grow talent, and where we focus domain-specific evaluations. In this talk, Mr. Parham distill two years of lessons from the DoD’s Generative AI Task Force Lima, spotlighting what worked, what didn’t, and where the biggest capability gaps still lie. Those insights drive a concrete set of recommendations for accelerating safe, mission-ready adoption across the force.
