Event Summary
From 06 - 08 October, CFIC and the ARCYBER Technology and Innovation Center (ArCTIC) hosted a fully virtual Assessment Event for the Agentic C2 Framework Tool (ECHOTRIBBLE) initiative. Out of 65 submitted whitepapers, five top industry participants were selected to present their innovative solutions to an Assessment Team. Following the demonstrations and a selection quorum meeting, one company was selected for award on 08 October 2026. All companies, whether moving forward or not, were notified of their status on 13 October 2026. Moving forward, a Statement of Work will be supplied to the Selectee for their review and impending contract actions through CFIC. This event highlights our commitment to accelerating ARCYBER's forensics capabilities, enabling comprehensive malware analysis, incident response, and support to cyber defense operations of Army networks and critical infrastructure.
Q&A Response Session
WHEN: 03 AUGUST 2026
WHERE: Virtual via MS TEAMS
PURPOSE: This session allowed the ArCTIC Product Champion to respond to Technical Questions from industry partners about ECHOTRIBBLE that may help companies with their whitepaper solutions by providing additional information or clarigication.
Purpose
The Cyber Fusion Innovation Center (CFIC), in collaboration with U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) and Army Cyber Technology and Innovation Center (ArCTIC), invites qualified industry partners to submit a whitepaper based on the included criteria for the development of an Agentic C2 Framework tool designed to autonomously navigate infrastructures, identifying and neutralizing identified threats/targets. This prototype will implement a modular, autonomous agent capable of navigation, environmental observation, and anomaly detection across digital environments and improving consistency across lines of effort that would occur without AI assistance.
Background/Synopsis
This release is seeking a whitepaper document noting a solution for the development of an Agentic C2 Framework tool designed to autonomously navigate infrastructures, identifying and neutralizing identified threats/targets. Our organization is seeking to leverage automated solutions to further improve the efficiency and thoroughness of a modular, agentic C2 Framework tool capable of stealthy navigation, environmental observation, and anomaly detection across digital environments. It must operate with minimal human oversight, remain lightweight, and be deployable in contested, air-gapped, or cloud-native systems.
How You Can Participate
Submissions are CLOSED.

Purpose
The Cyber Fusion Innovation Center (CFIC), in collaboration with U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) and Army Cyber Technology and Innovation Center (ArCTIC), invites qualified industry partners to attend and participate in a brainstorming event for the development of an Agentic C2 Framework tool designed to autonomously navigate infrastructures, identifying and neutralizing identified threats/targets. This prototype will implement a modular, autonomous agent capable of navigation, environmental observation, and anomaly detection across digital environments and improving consistency across lines of effort that would occur without AI assistance.
Background/Synopsis
This release is seeking technical experts to brainstorm on limitations and potential solutions for the development of an Agentic C2 Framework tool designed to autonomously navigate infrastructures, identifying and neutralizing identified threats/targets.
